Binh Duong — The southern province of Binh Duong attracted over US$1 billion in foreign investment in the first eight months of the year, higher than the yearly plan of $900 million for 2007.

- Artistic troupe from Cambodia Kingdom gave performances in Binh Duong
Late June 27, on occasion of 40-year Vietnam-Cambodia cooperation (1967-2007), ministry and provincial department in culture-information mutually held artist program performed by Cambodian artistic troupe and the first “Cambodian cultural week” in Vietnam. Deputy minister Le Tien Tho and provincial vice-chairman Nguyen Van Hiep also attended.
